Rooms

1. By booking one or more rooms in our establishment, the guest ensures having read and accepted the prices shown on our website www.hotelnegociants.ch and the present conditions.

2. Prices include: the room, VAT, High-Speed Internet, daily cleaning.

3. Prices don’t include: Breakfast(CHF 15.-/person/day), City tax.

4. Payment : No prepayment, payment at the hotel upon arrival.

5. Credit card details are required in order to guarantee your reservation.

6. Check-in from 14h00, check-out until 11h00.

7. Children above 6 years old are accounted for like adults, please indicate them as such in the booking engine.

8. If you wish to make changes to your reservation, please contact us at : info@hotelnegociants.ch.

9. You may cancel your reservation with no charge up to 48hours before the planned arrival, any later and the hotel reserves the right to bill the entire stay.

10. Reception is open everyday until 23h00, monday to friday from 06h30, saturdays from 07h00, sundays and holidays from 08h00.
